After reading the book "The Kissing Hands" by Audrey Penn, Fannie Rosario was influenced to start the "Kissing Hands Foundation" in 2004.
Kissing Hands Foundation was established to help promote education. Just like the book, the scholarship and awards to the winning students is Fannie's special gift and kiss from her to them.
An award that will help motivate and contribute in the journey of knowing that education helps develop the power of the mind.
